Your schedule might change, you might be unable to attend a scheduled call, no matter how much you wanted to. It’s just important to let the other person know beforehand that you can’t attend the meeting.

Experts can cancel anytime. If the expert cancels the call, the member will receive full refund.

If the member cancels the call:

• They will receive full refund for cancellations 24 hours before the scheduled call time.
• They will receive 50% refund for cancellations between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled time. The Expert will receive 50% of the session fee.
• Participants will not be eligible for a refund within the last 12 hours before the scheduled time. The Expert will therefore receive the full session fee.
