You can find all your upcoming and past calls in your Schedule on Collecteurs. And no worries if you forget to check your schedule regularly, if you have any upcoming calls, you will be notified through email a few hours leading up to the call.

You can also export the meeting details of your upcoming calls to import to an external calendar that you prefer, such as the Calendar app on your computer or Google Calendar. To download the meeting information in the .ics format, head over to your Schedule page and click Save to Calendar in the call detail card.

The download link will direct you to another tab. In the new tab, please allow for your browser to download from Collecteurs.

Once the .ics file downloads, you can double-click to add the meeting details into your calendar app. The automatic settings will send you an email reminder 30 minutes before the call and a notification 10 minutes the call. You can also directly access the meeting link from the imported event, which will be ready to join a few seconds before the call.
