To receive your payouts, you first need to set up your payout method. From the top-right menu, click Billing and select the Payout Method tab.
Payouts are organized through Stripe. To create a Stripe account, simply click the Connect button and an account assigned to you will be created automatically.
To complete the account creation, click Continue Onboarding, where you will be directed to the Stripe website in a new tab or pop-up. If you don’t see the new tab, please make sure your browser settings allow pop-ups.
Complete the create account process on the Stripe website, where you will be asked for your personal and professional information, as well as the details of your bank account or debit card to which you would like your earnings to be sent to.
After completing the process on Stripe, you will automatically be redirected to your account page on Collecteurs. Please allow up to 2-3 days for Stripe to approve your account. If you notice your account is still pending approval after 3 days, please contact us at [email protected].
Once your account is approved by Stripe, our members will be able to book calls with you through your profile.
