Once you have joined the call, you will be asked if you would like to allow Collecteurs to access your camera and microphone.
You can turn both off during the call later on, but please make sure you have allowed your browser to access both your camera and microphone by clicking Allow.
If you need to send a message or a link to the participant, you can click the Chat icon in the bottom left settings panel. If the member has asked shared any notes with you when booking the call, you will also be able to see them here.
To send your message, either click the Send button or press Command+Enter (Mac) or Ctrl+Enter (PC) on your keyboard.
When speaking to a member, you might feel you need some visual aids. Please make sure you allow screen sharing in the browser settings when asked. On Safari, this function will share your entire screen. If you’re using Chrome, you might be asked whether you would like to share a specific window or your entire screen.

You can still join a call if you’re late, however we kindly advise that you be on time for the call in order not to keep the member waiting. They will be paying the fee for the entire session even if you are late. If you’re unsure if you can make the meeting in time, you can cancel the call before the meeting starts and the full fee will be refunded to the member.
