Congratulations! Looks like you’ve received an email that one of our members has booked a call with you.
To see your bookings, select Schedule on your top-right menu.
On this page, you will be able to see all the calls that our members have booked with you. When it’s time for the call to begin, the button to join the call will activate.
<aside> 💡 Pro-tip: Please keep in mind our members will only be able to book calls with you a day in advance, giving you at least 24 hours to get ready for the call.

You can also view the profile of the member you will be speaking with by clicking on their name.
If the member has asked any pre-meeting questions or shared notes with you, you can view them by clicking the More Details (…) icon and selecting Call Details.

As the Expert, there is no time limit as to when you can cancel a call. So if for any reason you have to cancel a scheduled call, you can do so anytime by clicking the More Details (…) icon on the call you want to cancel in your schedule, and selecting Cancel.
You will be asked if you’re sure you want to cancel the call. To exit and keep the call, click Cancel. To cancel the scheduled call, click Cancel Call.

To join an upcoming call, head over to your Schedule page. The button to join the upcoming call will activate a few seconds leading up to the scheduled time. Once the button actives, you can click Join 1-on-1 Call and start the meeting. The meeting will be hosted right on your browser, that means you don’t have to download any software!
